We're taking decisions all the time. About mobiles, headphones, books, places, restaurants, movies, hotels and everything else under the sun. The problem is that we often end up making choices that aren't ideal because of marketing / advertising hype or a lack of real feedback.
Some of us (the nerdy research oriented) do probably take more informed decisions but only after a gruelling effort involving google and numerous review / blog sites (often paid marketing more than actual opinions).
We asked ourselves, is there a simpler, more accurate way to find out the truth about which choices are actually amazing and which aren’t?
And we set about building it.
BuzzOpinion is an Artificial Intelligence platform which extracts what's good, bad and awesome about everything based on reviews by users.
To do this, it reads each review on the web and classifies the things mentioned in that review as pros and cons depending on the words used. Then it computes and assigns a reflective statistical rating between 1 (Terrible) to 5 (Awesome) for each aspect depending on what percentage of reviewers mention it positively / negatively compared to category averages, and the specific words they use.
Starting today, stop settling for less than awesome. Check everything up on BuzzOpinion.
